Health Savings Account

The Health Savings Account (HSA) is a special tax-advantaged account that is used with a high-deductible health plan and allows you and your family members to pay for various qualified medical expenses from co-payments at your doctor's office to pharmacy bills, dental care, vision care, and more. Minimum required to open is $100
Set up fee of $35.00
Annual fee of $10.00
If balance falls below $25.00, a $5.00 monthly maintenance charge will be assessed
Available to persons with a High Deductible Health Plan. Statement of HSA qualification from your insurance company will be required.
Employee and/or employer contributions can fund the account
Medical related expenses may be withdrawn tax free
